India not to resolve IoK issue: PML-N

10 Jul, 2004

All time high increase in the Indian defence budget and its indulgence in race in conventional and nuclear weapons production reflect that it would continue as an occupational force and would not give concession to Pakistan towards solution of Indian occupied Kashmir and other disputes.
Muhammad Pervaiz Malik, MNA and PML-N central leader, expressed these views in a statement here on Friday.
He further said that increase in Indian budget has been announced at a time when composite dialogue for the solution of Indian occupied Kashmir and other disputes were continuing for durable peace in the region.
The increase has shattered the dream of peace in the region, he added. According to him, the Indian preparations were surely against neighbouring countries, including Pakistan and China, as India have no enmity with the US, Europe or Israel.
