Muhammad Ashraf, a senior and experienced officer of Pakistan Telecommunication Limited (PTCL) has been posted as General Manager Central Telecommunication Region (CTR) Lahore.
He has taken the charge as GM CTR Lahore on Saturday. He has served PTCL in different positions.
