Foreign office spokesman, Masood Khan on Sunday confirmed the report of missing of two Pakistani workers in the capital of Iraq, Baghdad.
Quoting the Pakistan's Charge d' Affairs in Baghdad, Masood Khan said both the missing Pakistanis Raja Azad, maintenance engineer and Sajjad Naeem driver in Al-Tamimi Group of Industries belong to Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
According to initial reports, the Pakistanis went missing on July 23 while travelling to Baghdad, he told PTV.
However, he said it is yet to determine that either the persons are just missing or kidnapped as neither any captor has contacted the Pakistan embassy in Iraq nor put-forth any demand for their release.
