British envoy meets Faisal

British High Commissioner Mark Lyall Grant called on Interior and Narcotics Control Minister Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat on Thursday and appreciated the role of Pakistan in fight against terrorism.
During the meeting a number of issues came under discussion, including the problems being faced by the Pakistani community living in the United Kingdom.
The British envoy appreciated the efforts being made by Pakistan to curb drug trafficking.
He said opening of Nadra centres in the United Kingdom and issuance of NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis) to the Pakistani nationals is a remarkable decision of the Pakistan government.
Faisal said, "We are against terrorism in all its forms and the terrorism will be rooted out from the country.
