Anti Terrorist Court-I headed by Judge Shaukat Ali Rakhshani here on Thursday issued arrest warrant against eminent Baloch leader Nawab Khair Bakhsh Marri, his three sons MPA Nawabzada Balaach Marri, Herbeyar Mann and Changez Marri and another man Jaabir in their alleged involvement in landmine blast in Kohlu last year in April.
Naib Nazim Kohlu District Changer Marri and another man Abdul Qadir were killed while two others Mustafa and Amir Khan were injured in that blast.
A case was registered in Kohlu in which eight persons including the above three were nominated to be involved in the incident.
Police arrested three of them including Fateh Khan, Salman and Baloch Khan while the remaining accused escaped arrest.
The court issued several notices to the absconding accused to appear before it, but they defied the order eventually the warrants were issued.
