Jansher wants to bring son into squash

The squash legend Jansher Khan has said that he would train and coach his four-year old son and will try his best to establish him as a world class squash player.
While talking to Business Recorder in a function arranged by regional manager New Jubilee Insurance, Malik Shahid Abbas Awan at his office, the squash maestro said his elder son is not so active hence he has decided to train his younger son. Jansher said that when his son would become six years old he would take him to squash court and start his training.
He said squash is his family game as his two elder brothers and other relatives were known players of the game.
Jansher said that he always took squash seriously and when he started it was just impossible to defeat Jahangir Khan and other world ranking players, but with the grace of God almighty and great efforts he became world champion. He said that it was a happiest day of my life.
"I am thankful to the people who love and respect me as a hero", he said adding Pakistan has given him great respect and love and he could not ignore the people's affection for him. He said even after five years of his retirement people still love and respect him and recognise me when at a road side, a hotel or any public place.
He said playing squash is a hectic exercise and good for health and one should play this game. He said the government should support and take concrete steps for the uplift of squash in the country.
