Japanese ambassador calls on Ghauri

Japanese Ambassador, Minoru Shibiuya on Thursday called on Minister for Communications, Senator Baber Khan Ghauri and discussed matters of mutual interest and co-operation especially in the communication sector.
The minister appreciated the personal efforts of the outgoing Japanese Ambassador to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries.
He termed his stay in Pakistan as highly productive and wished him the best of luck in his future diplomatic career.
The minister also presented a souvenir to Minoru Shibiuya in recognition of his meritorious services in Pakistan.
Ghauri also expressed strong determination to further strengthen the communication sector in Pakistan with the assistance of the Japanese experts.
