Prime Minister to be chief guest at FPCCI award ceremony

Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain would be the chief guest at the 27th Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Export Trophy ceremony on August 9 at the Convention Centre, Islamabad.
Chairman Organising Committee and former federation chief Iftikhar Ali Malik told APP here on Friday, "export trophy is an annual feature of the Federation to boost Pak export and encourage the traders playing role in strengthening national economy besides promoting business activities in the country.
He said four gold medals and 109 trophies would be awarded to exporters and traders in all industrial sectors. He said leading business group showing overall best performance in their fields would be given gold medals, which include petroleum products export trade, bed sheets and pillow.
He said a high-level committee of the Federation on merit has finalised the names of the companies to be awarded medals and trophies. Iftikhar said that the FPCCI chief Riaz Ahmad Tata would present the address of welcome and crest to the prime minister.
