Reap thanks China for showing interest in Pakistani rice and mangoes

The Rice Exporters` Association of Pakistan (Reap) has thanked china for showing interest in buying rice and mangoes from Pakistan.
A Reap delegation, led by Muhammad Anwar Mianoor, called on Consul General of Peoples Republic of China Sun Chun Ye here on Friday.
The delegation assured the Chinese Consul General that the Reap would not only provide best quality rice to their lifelong friend but would also extend all co-operation, support and assistance which the Chinese might require.
The Chinese Consul General appreciated the friendly spirit shown by the Reap members, and reciprocated with similar sentiments. He advised the rice exporters to work out the plan in consultation with Commercial Consular of the Chinese Consulate here so that Pakistani product was introduced in China in a big way.
It was suggested and agreed that an official delegation of the Reap should visit China in September and introduce Pakistani rice, especially Basmati variety to the Chinese consumers.
