Freedom struggle to continue, says J&KPM

Convenor Jammu and Kashmir People's Movement (J&KPM) and All Parties Hurriyat Conference leader Abdul Majid Malik said that the people of Kashmir were determined to continue their principled struggle till they got the right to self-determination.
According to the Kashmir Media Service, Abdul Majid Malik was addressing "Shuhada-e-Kashmir" Conference, organised by refugees from the occupied Jammu here on Saturday.
Welcoming the Pakistan-India dialogue, Malik stressed the need for associating genuine leadership of Kashmiris in the process to make the talks meaningful and result-oriented.
People's Movement chief said: "Accession of Kashmir to Pakistan is our ultimate goal for which a whole generation has been sacrificed since 1947."
Expressing concern over growing state terrorism unleashed in the occupied Kashmir, Majid Malik appealed the international community to pressurise India to stop genocide of Kashmiris.
Prayers were also held on the occasion for the martyrs of Kashmir and the resolve to continue the ongoing movement was reiterated.
