Auto Parts Exporters Association (APEA) has welcomed nomination of Mian Misbah-ur-Rehman as candidate of Piaf-Founders Alliance for the office of President Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and described it as a wise decision in the best interests of business community.
After a meeting of the Association, its Chairman, Tahir Javed Malik, said that Mian Misbah-ur-Rehman was a known and capable business figure. As Senior Vice-President of the Chamber he fully supported sitting LCCI Chief, Mian Anjum Nisar and also had an opportunity to closely monitor the working of the Chamber.
He hopped that Misbah would leave no stone unturned to further improve the quality of services being provided by the Chamber to the business community.
He also paid glowing tributes to the services rendered by sitting President Mian Anjum Nisar and said negating his personality, Anjum only tried to improve the image of the Chamber and resolve problems being faced by its members. He disclosed that his association would run a campaign in favour of Piaf-Founders Alliance candidates in the forthcoming LCCI polls.
