Junaid Iqbal said those workers would get the fringe benefits of medical, gratuity and annual leaves, adding the employees who had left the organisation would not be considered for regularisation.
Responding to a question he said that in future the PTCL would enrol employees in the organisation in accordance with the market-based term and conditions.
When asked people are still facing problems in getting telephone connections, the PTCL chief said problems would be overcome in next nine months as organisation was working to expend its network capacity.
In response to a question he said the PTCL had plan to introduce new billing system like other foreign countries in which user would be asked to select package of their own choice.
