Shujaat assures comprehensive ties with Shaukat

Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said on Saturday that there would be a good and comprehensive working relations between him and Shaukat Aziz after transfer of power.
Talking to newsmen here at Pakistan Muslim League (PML) House after inaugurating the PML website, Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat said the PML and its allied parties would be consulted before the formation of new cabinet.
Replying to a question, the Prime Minister said, there was no pressure or black mailing by any group in the formation of new cabinet.
Answering a question, Chaudhry Shujaat said there was absolutely no military action in Balochistan and added there was military in that province during the tenure of Peoples Party.
About the decision of the Muttahida Mujlis-i-Amal (MMA) to boycott the process of election of Prime Minister, Shujaat said it was their democratic right and added that it would not affect the process.
Replying to a question about Wana, the Prime Minister said he was in favour of finding a solution to that area with mutual consultation between all concerned parties.
The Prime Minister, while replying to a question about statement by Indian Home Ministry, said that such statements should be avoided to carry forward the process of negotiations between the two countries.
Chaudhry Shujaat said President General Pervez Musharraf initiated a process of negotiations with India and hoped it would continue with mutual respect and trust between the leaders of the two countries.
He said the leaders of both the countries should avoid controversial statements so that the negotiation process could not be disturbed.
