CDA asks directors to review uplift projects

Member Engineering of Capital Development Authority (CDA) has asked to all the directors to review and monitor the development projects and ensure their completion within the stipulated time.
The CDA sources told Business Recorder here on Tuesday that in a meeting of CDA high ups directors were given directives to monitor and review the progress of the ongoing development projects in the federal capital.
Member Engineering also directed the contractors to use standard raw material to ensure quality, source added.
According to an another sources the anti-encroachment wing of CDA has removed more than hundred advertisement boards from Islamabad, illegally erected.
Source further said that encroachments have been removed also from Murree Road and Simly Road where small traders and hawkers were occupying both sides of the roads.
