Nazims and government departments told to submit PC-I by September 30

The Sindh Minister for Planning and Development Syed Shoaib Ahmed Bokhari has reminded all Nazims and all government departments undertaking various projects that PC-Is have to be submitted by September 30, 2004 positively for all still unapproved projects and failure to do so will result in the dropping of the project from the PSDP.
This action has been decided by the executive committee of the National Economy Council on July 27, 2004 when it met under the chairmanship of Finance Minister Shaukat Aziz, now Prime Minister-designate.
Shoaib Bukhari has expressed the hope that all the Nazims at the local level as also departments of the provincial government engaged in implementation of various development projects would ensure the submissions of PC-I with the unapproved projects by September 30, 2004 while any revisions in the schemes should also be submitted by September 30, 2004 and got approved.
The Nazims have also been informed that all the DCOs have been abreast with these decisions and requirements regarding the PSDP for the current financial year. A copy of the said letter has been specially sent to the advisor on local government of Sindh.
