Parliamentary party of the Pakistan Muslim League and its allies have lauded the political wisdom and acumen of Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain as the premier during his short tenure.
Through a resolution, unanimously adopted in the parliamentary party meeting on Thursday morning, the members of the parliamentary party lauded the contribution of Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain as the PM and said that despite very short tenure, six important bills were passed by the National Assembly due to his personal efforts.
The members of the parliamentary party of the PML and allied parties also lauded the role of Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain as the premier, who consulted all the members on all the issues in the parliament.
The resolution, moved by Anwar Ali Cheema, also acknowledged the political acumen and ability of Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, which he showed within and outside the Parliament and tackled all the issues through political and national approach unanimously.
Outgoing premier Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, addressing the parliamentary party meeting, thanked all the members of the PML and its allied parties for their support during his tenure as the premier.
He said the PML and its allied parties would extend full support to PM-designate Shaukat Aziz and hoped that he (Shaukat Aziz) would be elected the premier with a thumping majority.
