Secretary General Pakistan Muslim League, Senator Mushahid Hussain on Sunday held a meeting with former Prime Minister and President PML Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain at his residence here.
They discussed party matters and reviewed the progress on the implementation of 100 days working plan of the PML.
Punjab Chief Minister and President Punjab PML, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi was also present on the occasion.
Senator Mushahid Hussain expressed satisfaction over the 56 days tenure of Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain as Prime Minister saying that workers and leaders of the party received a lot of respect and honour from the Prime Minister during this period.
He said the workers received a sense of participation in national affairs during the tenure of Shujaat Hussain as Prime Minister.
The PML secretary general also held a meeting with Sindh Chief Minister and PML Sindh President Dr Arbab Rahim here at Sindh House.
General Secretary PML Sindh and Provincial Minister for Political Affairs and Revenue, Imtiaz Sheikh was also present on the occasion.
Appreciating the efforts of Sindh Chief Minister and other leaders of PML Sindh for successful campaign for Shaukat Aziz, Senator Mushahid said the vigorous and effective campaign in Tharparkar injected new life into the party.
He said the campaign also helped the party making it vibrant and effective political force.
Mushahid Hussain also discussed with the leaders of PML Sindh about the progress on the implementation of 100 days working plan of the party.
