India and Pakistan urged to show flexibility on Kashmir

Former ambassador Rehman Akbar on Monday called upon India and Pakistan to show flexibility in resolving Kashmir issue.
Speaking in a PTV programme, he said President Pervez Musharraf has time and again said that both sides need to show flexibility for the resolution of Kashmir issue.
Rehman Akbar said it is open secret that Kashmir is the main issue between Pakistan and India, while minor issues with India will be resolved if the main issue of Kashmir is resolved peacefully.
The former envoy said both sides have realised that talks is the only way to resolve the critical issues.
