Lahore High Court (LHC) has called for report and comments within three weeks from Al-Hooda Medical Collage in a petition filed by one Shaukat Ali challenging its validity.
The petitioner contended the respondent college claimed to be affiliated with an American university but as a matter of fact the college was neither affiliated with any American university nor any other university or institution in Pakistan.
He, therefore, prayed to the court to direct the respondent to pay back dues of his son deposited with the institute.
He also prayed to the court to direct police officials to register a case of fraud against the respondents.
The court, after hearing petitioner's counsel M.D. Tahir at length, called for report and comments from the respondent within three weeks and rose for the day.
