Piaf-Founders Alliance electioneering campaign is in full swing and different markets and industrial areas of the city are extending support, claimed a spokesman of the alliance here on Tuesday.
According to him, associate class candidates of the Alliance, Aftab Ahmad Vohra, Sheikh Muhammad Arshad, Faisal Iqbal and Ali Asghar Malik Tuesday visited Mcleod road, Nicholson road, Taigore Park and Bilal Ganj.
The traders' accorded them a warm welcome and announced to extend full support to their candidates.
The traders' representatives said that during last one- year leadership in the Chamber belonging to Alliance had worked hard to solve the problems faced by them especially with regard to taxation.
Election office of the Alliance was also inaugurated in Bilal Ganj Speaking on the occasion, Sheikh Muhammad Arshad, a candidate and leader of Piaf, said that LCCI leadership had ensured security of sales vans.
Meanwhile, Piaf-Founders Alliance candidate for Chamber class, Mian Shafqat Ali, Kashif Younis, Majid Abdullah and Sheikh Muhammad Younis also met voters to muster their support.
