Hyde describes Musharraf as true hero

Chairman House Committee on International Relations Congressman Henry Hyde on Wednesday described President General Pervez Musharraf as 'true hero' and thanked him profusely for Pakistan's key role in the fight against terror.
The President had a meeting with the chairman of powerful committee of the House when he visited the Capitol Hill for the formal launch of Congressional Pakistan Caucus, "You are a true hero and we thank you and Pakistan a bravery in the war against terror," he said welcoming the President.
He said the US stands with President Musharraf and Pakistan as "you are on the frontline in the war against terror, we welcome you and salute you." Hyde described as good the strengthening of Pak-US relations.
The Chairman of the House Committee also welcomed Pak-India talks for the resolution of outstanding issues.
