Woman hurt by Indian firing in Azad Kashmir

A woman was wounded by Indian firing in an AJK village on Sunday in Hajira sector in District Rawalakot, police said.
Police Superintendent Ghulam Sarwar said that Zain Akhtar, daughter of Ghulam Hadier, 20, was wounded when Indian troops fired on her with automatic machine-gun while she was cutting grass in her field in border village Nagrary on Saturday evening.
She was hit in stomach and was shifted to District Headquarters Hospital Kotli for treatment where she is stated to be in stable condition.
It was the second incident of Indian firing in AJK after cease-fire since November last year.
