Karachi Port activity

The Karachi Port handled 117,133 tonnes of cargo including 102,549 tonnes import and 14,584 tonnes export cargo during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Saturday.
The cargo comprised of 41,611 tonnes dry and 75,522 tonnes liquid cargo.
Four ships namely Global Prosperity, PONL Mahe, Promise and Marivic sailed out to sea during the report period.
Five vessels viz PONL Mahe, Marvic, YM Fortune, Victoria and Nord are currently at the berths.
Three ships namely Wan Hai-262, YM Fortune and Kallang expected to sail on Saturday, while three ships namely Panos-G, Corinthiakos and MMM Galveston are expected to sail on Sunday.
Four ships namely Yanaseni, Kota Teraju, MT Shalamar and BBC Norway due to arrive on Saturday, while two vessels viz Talyoh-II and Arihant are due to arrive on Sunday.
Three vessels viz Iran Shahryar, Nefeli-1 and Aries SB are due to arrive on Monday.

A total cargo volume of 52,031 tonnes including 43,208 tonnes import and 8,823 tonnes export cargo was handled during last 24 hours ending at 0800 hours on Saturday.
The cargo comprised of 25,138 tonnes furnace oil; 9,503 tonnes coal; 1,121 tonnes general cargo and 16,269 tonnes containerised cargo.
Three vessels viz Al Mariyah, Prigipos and MSC Deila sailed out to sea during last 24 hours, while two more ships namely Kronos and Yanaseni are expected to sail on Saturday.
Four ships namely OOCL Authority, MSC Italy, Promise and Laul Watqatar due to take berths on Saturday.
