Frankfurt stock exchange to change rules

Deutsche Boerse, the company that operates the Frankfurt stock exchange, said Monday it would chang the rules for calculating the daily opening levels of its various indices later this month.
From October 18, the opening level of the group's different stock indices, including the blue chip DAX 30, would be calculated only once a minimum of 20-30 different stocks had been traded, Deutsche Boerse said in a statement.
