Sindh government to establish micro-credit bank: Arbab

Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim has said the government was giving utmost importance to ensure law and order in the province.
He stated this while addressing a press conference here on Monday night said that efforts were being made to provide justice and peace to the people and control the activities of the criminals specially in Upper Sindh area.
Talking to the delegation of the Abadgars/notables, the chief minister said in order to provide interest-free loan to the Abadgars and businessmen, the Sindh government will establish the micro credit bank in the province, the process in this regard was started and the formal announcement will be made very soon.
He assured that he will talk at the federal level for exporting the Sugdasi Rice from the Upper Sindh area.
The chief minister said there is no shortage of wheat/atta in the province, adding that 40,000 tonnes of wheat have been imported and the Punjab government has lifted ban on inter-provincial movement of wheat.
Meanwhile, he said safe recovery of Dr Santosh Kumar was an excellent effort by Police force under the command of Larkana DPO Muzaffar Ali Shaikh.
"Those work for the welfare of the people will be rewarded while and action would be taken against the black sheep in the Police force", he said.
He said the government is providing all possible facilities, including equipment and vehicles to the Police Force according to available resources.
He will consider the recommendation of the efficient and dedicated police officers to the federal government for their promotion and awards.
He also said the bridge on River Indus will be constructed in due course of time to connect Larkana and Khairpur districts.
