Bangladeshi taka ends softer on import payments

The Bangladeshi taka ended softer on Wednesday as demand for dollars increased for payments of pulse and edible oil imports, dealers said.
The taka was quoted at 59.42/59.53 per US dollar, against 59.42/59.5150 on Tuesday.
Call rates ranged between 5.25 percent and 8.0 percent against 4.25 percent to 7.0 percent on Tuesday.
