Time is money: this is not just a notional proverb, it carries a great lesson. Times is really an important factor in our life as once gone never returns.
The key reason for the success of Western world is they give importance to time, responds quickly every time , give importance, regard and respect to the fast-moving clock.
This is how they reached the pinnacle of progress, especially in the fields of inventions, science, technology, commerce ,industry medicine, indeed in every field.
Unfortunately the story is quite different in our side of the globe. The situation is exactly opposite. Time has no value, no one reckons the importance of this great tool. If someone gives you time for meeting or for a function your automatically add an hour or more to the given time and set that as the final time the, same trend prevails throughout the country.
Trains, plains and buses are mistimed. Often there are no fixed timings of shops, offices and industry as well.
This lack of punctuality affects efficiency and hence the performance. If we want to be progressive and advance, we have to learn to honour and care for time.
Therefore I appeal to my fellow friends to take care of seconds. The minutes will take care of themselves.
