ZRG to set up call centre for Prime Bank

ZRG International call centre solution company has acquired contract for setting up customer support and tele-banking services of the Prime Commercial Bank (PCB).
The Prime Bank is experiencing growth in terms of additional customers and launching of new products. The bank requires a flexible call center that could growth in future in terms of capacity and functionality.
After considerable evaluation of various bids, the bank selected ZRG solution for their customer support call center.
