Call for providing modern education to students

Provincial Minister for Special Education, Qudsia Lodhi has stressed the need for providing modern education to the students which encompasses all aspects of human personality for their spiritual, moral and physical growth.
She was speaking at a function held in connection with 30th anniversary of Junior Campus School, here on Tuesday.
She said that modern education provides all opportunities to the young scholars to become useful citizen of the society, as it is not limited only to the cramming of textbooks.
She lauded the role of such educational institutions which are serving the cause of education and are paying special attention to the character building of the students.
She called upon the private sector to set up quality oriented educational institutions in less privilege areas also so that the children living in remote areas could also avail the fruits of modern education.
She said that private sector should join hands for promoting education in the country, particularly at the grassroots level.
She said that the present government is taking solid steps for providing facilities and incentives to the people, as it is prerequisite for the success and development of the country.
