Punjab chief minister holds talks with Raymond

Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi called on Prime Minister of Mauritius Paul Raymond Brenger here in State Guest House on Wednesday.
State Minister for Information Technology Amjad Malhi was also present on the occasion.
The Chief Minister apprising the guest of educational reforms in the province averred that under Punjab Education Sector Reforms Program necessary facilities were being provided in schools.
The chief minister said besides endeavours to promote information and health sectors, investment had increased in social sector at provincial level. He stated various steps had been taken for promotion of tourism in the province.
Mauritius Prime Minister stressed on exchange of delegations between both the countries on the occasion. Terming Lahore as a city of great cultural significance he said he had much appreciated hospitality in his visit there.
