$60 million USAID for education

The USAID has launched special educational programmes to impart quality education in schools of the country for which sixty million dollars would be spent under these programmes, PTV reported on Wednesday.
The programmes would focus on to ensure 100 percent enrolment of children in schools. Initially, the programme has been extended in four and five districts of Sindh and Balochistan respectively, it said. Later, it would be expanded to other districts covering about 7,000 schools.
