The Lahore High Court while allowing a petition filed by a civil judge for cancellation of bails of DIG Gujranwala and other officials, allegedly involved in murder of four judges in Sialkot jail, directed them to appear before the Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) of Gujranwala on October 18.
The court directed the ATC to re-consider their bail applications on basis of the material produced before it.
The court further observed that ATC had already allowed them bail on technical grounds and added that the ATC should not be influenced by the orders of August court while reconsidering their bail applications.
