Brazil's 2004/05 (October-September) soyabean output will reach 63.15 million tonnes, down from the 66.6 million tonnes forecast in July due to falling soya prices and high input costs, independent crop analysts Safras e Mercado said on Friday.
If Safras' second forecast of the new crop is confirmed, it would be considerably greater than the previous drought- and disease-plagued season when Brazil harvested 49.9 million tonnes.
