'Housing problems in capital to be resolved soon'

Federal Housing and Works Minister Syed Safwanullah on Sunday said the residential problems in the federal capital would be resolved soon.
The minister, in a statement, said that directives have been issued to the authorities concerned to evolve a strategy to start new residential projects and ensure speedy development work on them.
He said the government will try its best to provide all possible opportunities to the people of middle class to construct their own houses.
Safwanullah said the housing sector has got the status of industry in the country in real sense, adding the construction companies will be provided with opportunities to flourish.
