The prices of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) have soared to an all-time high of Rs 48 per kilogram which are so far the highest price recorded in Pakistan. The users mostly owners of makeshift food stalls which emerge during Ramazan and other festivals and permanent users like taxi operators apprehend that the LPG prices will touch a record Rs 50 per kilo if no immediate steps are taken by the government.
This time there is no shortage but price is spiralling every day and as Eid-ul-Fitr approaches fast, prices will go up further, the users feared.
