Vice Admiral Taj Muhammad Khattak, presently posted as Chairman Port Qasim Authority, under the Ministry of Ports and Shipping has been repatriated to his parent organisation Pakistan Navy, with immediate effect and until further orders, says an official notification issued here on Thursday.
