PIA is operating additional flights to facilitate Pakistanis going to Saudi Arabia for performing Umrah. According to PIA here, it has airlifted 49,600 Umrah pilgrims through 146 additional flights till November 3.
The airline ferried 30,969 Umrah pilgrims through 92 special flights from Karachi, 6,666 through 23 special flights from Lahore, 6,311 through 24 special flights from Islamabad and 1,632 from Peshawar through seven special flights.
