The Sindh Local Government (LG) Commission has asked the City Nazim to appear before it in person along with all relevant record on November 16 in connection with the failure to withdraw his notifications regarding defunct Malir and Lyari Development Authorities (LDA).
In a letter to Nazim Naimatullah Khan, the Commission referred to the Nazim's Notification: Nazim/City/ Secy 16279/2004 dated September 21, 2004 issued under his signature specifying ad hoc arrangements for the projects of the two authorities.
