Pak-US ties to improve after re-election of Bush: PML

Pakistan Muslim League congratulating President Bush on his re-election hoped that bilateral relations between Pakistan and America will be further strengthened in his second tenure. Media Co-ordinator of PML Tabish Alwari in a press statement issued here on Friday, hoped that President Bush would now find the root causes of terrorism to fight this menace effectively.
He said due to clear division of voters in America, President Bush would also bring positive changes in his policies.
Tabish Alwari said Pakistan and America enjoy good relations and expressed the hope that during the second tenure of President Bush these relations would be further promoted.
He said the US should also play its role actively to help in the negotiation process between Pakistan and India to ensure peace in the region.
He also hoped that relations between Muslim Ummah and the USA would also improve in the second tenure of President Bush and mis-understandings in this regard would be resolved.
