Activity at Karachi and Qasim ports

The Karachi Port handled 39,864 tonnes of cargo including 36,154 tonnes import and 3,710 tonnes export cargo during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Monday. The cargo comprised of 27,214 tonnes dry and 12,650 tonnes liquid cargo. Two ships namely Protector and Bunga Terasek sailed out to sea during the report period.
Two vessels viz Bunga Terasek and Nats Emperor are currently at the berths.
Two ships namely Nats Emperor and Tai He expected to sail on Monday, while two ships namely Argonaut and New Concord are expected to sail on Tuesday.
Seven ships namely Ceylon, Amber Queen, Apl Pusan, Kota Tegap, Argonaut, Apollonia and African Sanderling due to arrive on Monday, while three vessels viz Wilmington, MT Swat and Astor are due to arrive on Tuesday.
Seven ships namely Sea Velet, Shan Hai, Sinar Bontang, YM Sun, Hyundai Highway, Kota Wangi and Stolt Violet due to arrive on Wednesday.

The cargo comprised of 9,024 tonnes edible oil; 22,980 tonnes diesel oil; 705 tonnes carbon oil; 6,810 tonnes wheat and 35,836 tonnes containerised cargo.
Two vessels viz MSC Jordan and Min Noble sailed out to sea during last 24 hours, while another ship CV P&O Nedlloyd Colombo expected to sail on Monday.
A total of five vessels viz Saudi Hofuf, Maersk Arizona, Chemroad Vega, Anjum Queen and Armoniks are currently at the outer anchorage.
Three ships namely Saudi Hofuf, Maersk Arizona and Stolt Sincerity due to take berths on Monday.
Three vessels viz MT Keefan, Anette Kosan and Yanaseni due to arrive on Monday.
