Sindh Minister for Tourism and Culture Shabbir Qaimkhani has said that all possible efforts are being made for restoration of services of those teachers of Mirpurkhas who were terminated in 1998. Speaking at an Iftar/dinner here, the minister said that the government was keen to solve the problems of people of Mirpurkhas.
He said that if the District Government made available 10 acres of land, a museum and library could be set up in Mirpurkhas at an estimated cost of Rs 40 million.
He said that the Sindh governor will soon issue an ordinance for establishment of Board of Secondary Education in Mirpurkhas to facilitate the students of Sanghar, Tharparkar and Mirpurkhas.
