India's negative attitude hurdle in solving IOK issue: Gilani

All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) Chairman Syed Ali Gilani has said that the Indian government's negative attitude is a big hurdle in resolving Indian occupied Kashmir issue. In an interview with a private TV channel, he said there was no let up in Indian state terrorism in occupied Kashmir despite ongoing peace efforts between India and Pakistan.
To a question about Indian allegations of infiltration, he said it has not realty. He said occupational states have always been levelling such allegations to link freedom struggle with terrorism.
Ali Gilani clarified that under the UN charter the people who are fighting against occupation forces in any part of the world cannot be called terrorists.
In response to a another question he said 13 million people living in Indian occupied Kashmir should be given the right to self determination to decide their future is the best possible solution to Indian occupied Kashmir issue.
