Assistant Sub Inspector and cops booked for trespassing

Shah Jamal Police have registered a case against an Assistant Sub Inspector, four constables and a tout under section 382 PPC on the charge of trespassing and looting cash of Rs 35,000 from the home of a farmer Nizamuddin Rind Baloch on December 1, 2004. However, case was instituted on December 6, Nizamuddin Rind told newsmen that a police party raided his home at night along with a police tout Muhammad Hanif and it humiliated the Purdah-observing women and manhandled the inmates and stole cash of Rs 35,000 in village Katchi Seerin (Shah Jamal).
He said that police did not register a case of dacoity and humiliating the women and saved the skin of their colleagues. No arrest was made.
