The prices of wheat, sugar and gram recorded gains significantly while other commodities registered modest rise and following to Eidul Azha celebrations, dealers said. The wheat Mexi Pak old and new both rose by Rs 30 to Rs 1190, and better to Rs 1200, Tuver Sindh and Punjab was quoted at Rs 1938. Cotton cakes with bag was higher by Rs 5 to Rs 400. 405, rapeseed Nawabshah was quoted at Rs 800.

Mexi wheat rose by Rs 80 to Rs 1200, Juwar inferior gained Rs 50 to Rs 950, better unchanged at Rs 1100, guwar all stations inferior lost Rs 15 to Rs 1700, and better up Rs 10 to Rs 1775, cotton cakes gained Rs 5 to Rs 405/410.
