Sindh government has made special arrangements in the province for maintaining proper law and order and safety at all the main Eidgahs, where the Eid-ul-Azha prayers will be performed on Friday, reports UPP correspondent. There will be extra vigilance because there will be two congregational prayers at the mosques on Friday, first for the Eid-ul-Azha followed in the day by the Friday prayers which are usually held between 1-10 pm to 2-30 pm.
Special security arrangements will be enforced at all the mosques for the Friday prayers besides the Eid-ul-Azha congregational prayers earlier in the morning.
In this connection, many Mohalla committees have also been formed by several concerned citizens in their areas of residence for keeping vigilance and security at Eid-ul-Azha prayers followed by the Friday prayers. The parking of motor vehicles in the immediate vicinity of the mosques will not be allowed.
Meanwhile, the security arrangements are under constant review in the Sindh Home department in collaboration with the Sindh Police Chief, Syed Kamal Shah.
