Pakistani troops leave for Liberia

A group of Pak Army troops left here on Tuesday morning to participate in the UN Mission in Liberia. The batch of over 100 officers and soldiers mainly comprises army engineers, an ISPR communiqué said. General Officer Commanding Major General Syed Muhammad Owais bade farewell to the troops at Quaid-e-Azam International Airport. The troops will contribute to the UN efforts in rebuilding the African state.
