The Capital Development Authority (CDA) State Management Directorate has decided to transfer plots immediately to the owners in Sector E-12. According to the CDA State Management Directorate, the plots are being transferred initially in Sector E-12 and all transfer cases in this sector would be completed within a day. According to the sources, the process of immediate transfer started on January 15, and every Saturday of the week has been specified for this purpose to avoid any disturbance in the usual CDA activities.
The CDA advised the Sector E-12 plot owners, who wished to transfer their plots, to avail of the facility of "one-window operation."
They have further been advised to bring with them the necessary documents.
After scrutiny of the documents, the owners would be given the exact date of transfer, the CDA said.
It is also learnt that on Saturdays, which had been specified for the transfer of the plots in Sector E-12, only urgent cases of plots' transfer would be entertained.
However, the CDA clarified that no extra fee would be charged for the immediate transfer of the plots.
