Rs 3 billion to be spent for Sundar Estate uplift

Punjab Tourism Minister Mian Muhammad Aslam Iqbal meeting a delegation of industrialists here on Thursday said Rs 3 billion would be spent on development of Sundar Industrial Estate (SIE) in the province. He said Labour Complex would be constructed for industrial workers. 'Residential colony, mini hospital, and community centre would be part of the complex', he added.
The Minister told completely developed plots would be given to the industrialists and investors in the Sundar area.
He averred that textile, pharmaceutical, auto parts, garments and food processing units would be established in the new industrial estate.
