Activity at Karachi and Qasim ports

The Karachi Port handled 63,771 tonnes of cargo including 43,618 tonnes import and 20,153 tonnes export cargo during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Monday. The cargo comprised of 14,159 tonnes dry cargo including 7,712 tonnes general cargo; 6,447 tonnes bulk cargo and 49,612 tonnes oil/liquid cargo. Two ships namely Leopard and Sunniva sailed out to sea during the report period.
Three vessels viz Leopard, Golden Glory and Skolten are currently at the berths.
Three ships namely Golden Glory, Ilse Wulff and Hannibal-II expected to sail on Monday, while another ship Zhong Hai is expected to sail on Tuesday.
Two vessels viz Apl Jeddah and Shintoku due to arrive on Monday, while three ships namely Atlantica-I, Gao He and Oranje are due to arrive on Tuesday.

The cargo comprised of 3,013 tonnes chemicals; 45,393 tonnes HSF oil and 19,482 tonnes containerised cargo.
Two ships namely Sinar Sabang and Denderah Rickmers sailed out to sea during the report period while two more ships namely Anette Kosan and Hotaka Maru are expected to sail on Monday afternoon.
A total of five vessels viz Emerald, MSC Camille, New Toyo Kaze, Bunga Kelane and MV Anjum are currently at the outer anchorage.
Three ships namely MSC Camille, New Toyo Kaze and MT Yanaseni due to take berths on Monday.
