On the direction of Punjab Mines and Minerals Minister, Muhammad Sibtain Khan, the Punjab Mineral Development Corporation (Punjmin) has started survey of new mining areas in the province for exploration of mineral resources and survey teams have been sent to new areas. According to a department's spokesman, this was disclosed during a meeting here on Wednesday.
